Today first time in evening my daughter passed stool which was tight and there were little blood stains on them, her age is 20 months, generally she is having tight stools from few days

Hello. Blood in stool can be infection or pressure related tear of blood vessel arround her anus or any other cause. So, you need to get the baby properly examined by a pediatrician for better management. Try to take a pic of blood in stool next time for confirmation.
