Child Health Issues

My 3m old baby has cough and cold. I am giving her nasoclear for her blocked nostrils. I have Mucolite drops at home, should I give for her cough? If yes what is the dosage? She is approx 5kg in weight..Birth weight was 2.6kg. Mostly breastfed, formula fed at times.

Sir my daughter is 21 days old...her bilurubin level is 10.4...sgot and sgpt both in normal range...do i need to worry...and what is the treatment option so that my child should be safe... Plz suggest medicine so that she can be cured from jaundice

Hi Doctor, My baby 1.3yrs old now, is having continous cough from past 6 days. We stay in Ooty. Health Problems : Baby is tef and fundoplication operated during 2nd month. Baby is eating, sleeping well and very active now. The cough Exists with grumpy sound. Please suggest the right way to get cured.

Help please. My daughter who is 4 has pale poop on and off. Today she had a mix of normal and pale poop. She has Abdominal pains on and off and is on probiotics. She has lots of gas and before passing gas has pains as well. She has ibs symptoms. I have visited a paedgastro and paed surgeon as well. Could you tell me if the picture I have attached is normal or should I take her for check up again please. She hasn't had spinach or anything green yesterday. Only regular food. Rasam cabbage potato. I went to doctor for blocked nose and cough he gave me ascoril ls drops and Wikoryl,is ascoril safe to give ,baby is 2 months old born low weight ,now weight 3.5
