  4. Runny nose. Wat should be the dose?

My daughter is 27months old,her weight is 12.5kgs,she has got cold and runny nose,nose is choked up,breathing from mouth,can t minic syrup be given?wat should be the dose?

Give nasoclear nasal drops 4-5 times a day in both nostril to clear up nasal secretion. And give syp sinarest AF 5ml TDS
