Kids runny nose by cold
My two daughters one is 5 years and another is 2 years old , suffering from cold (runny noses), please suggest any cold antibiotics both the daughters. 2 years old daughters have a Sinarest syrup, can it use for both.

Give nasal saline drops. And give cold medicine if more running nose. Child is having only cold and not fever and looks like viral infection. That doesn’t need any antibiotic as its look like viral

Give Syr Cetrizine 2.5 ml for the 2 yrs old and 5 ml for the 5 years old
