My baby has frequent stools in a day, mostly after every feeding. It's like he passes stool almost 10-15 times in small quantities. He does not burp after feeding instead passes the gas through down. With every passage of gas his poop also goes. Stool is semi solid with water. Full term baby. His weight also increasing in slow rate. Now he just reached his birth weight after initial fall. He is 20 days old. Frequent loose stools could be the reason??

Is your baby breastfed? If yes, usually seen in breastfed babies if baby is drinking only foremilk..try to empty each breast for one feed completely and this should solve the problem. If not improving stop breastfeeding intermittently and giving formula for a few days and restart breastfeeding.
Next Steps
try lactation counseling if problem persist.consult pediation online or in person.
Health Tips
if loose stools continuing check with doctor for a physical examination and assessment.
