Hello doctor My daughter who is 3.9 yrs old and weight 14kg. I give antibiotic every 2-3 months because of severe cold and cough . Her immunity is low inspite of eating green vegetables fruits etc. What should I do to improve her immunity?

My doctor gave me maxtra 15ml for his dry cough. Would like to know whether this is suppressant or expectorant. Pls help me

My son is 1 month old. He is facing little cold. He cough and sneeze less frequent. But his breathing is noisy. And nose is stuff.  He is on zero medication. Other information :- 1. During birth his gestational age was 37 weeks. 2. Weather here goes below 12 degree Celsius during night. 3. Proper protection from direct and cold air is given to him. 4. I have a nebulizer machine too.

Cmy baby 6 weeks old. Can we feed baby when baby is swaddled in muslin cloth. Or should we remove and feed???

I have a 2.5 months old baby boy. We are giving top feed since inception. He has decreased his feed drastically after getting his vaccination for DPT, PCV, ROTA at two months almost by 50%. Is Similac iq a good formula ? How much to be given for a 54 days old baby ? My baby is 10 weeks old. I was giving my baby girl 1ml vitamin d3 and zincovit during first month. In 2nd month one doctor advised to give her only 0.5 ml of vitamin d3 and zincovit 0.5 ml. And I gave the same 0.5 ml. Past 3 days I stopped both the supplements as she was taking cough and cold syrups. From last 2 days I am noticing my baby's any one leg sometimes shaking for few seconds. Is it due to this sudden supplement drop in vitamin d and zincovit or is it something serious?? (Note: she is not shaking due to cold because I keep her so warm in a heated room). Can someone please help. I am worried
