By 9 years vaccine if u mean Gardasil or other cervical cancer vaccine then yess they are important and to be taken by all female children above 9 years of age.
If ur talking about 9 months vaccine they are also equally important infact more important as it presents life threatening infections such as measles, mumps and rubella.
You can get any or all vaccines at private pediatrician s clinic and also govt. Hospitals give majority of vaccines for free
