My 1 month baby having congestion n cough ... doctor gave Saline nose spray (Nasoclear) to put 3 time in his nose ... is it enough ? Or we need more medication for baby

My son is 4 months.. He s getting sound in nose,  while feeding and not always mostly in the early morning time. Some times while breathing also light sound in nose.. Plz suggest

My 4 years kid tooth are fully decayed. So he complains of teeth pain(sensitive) while having food. We showed near by pediatrician, he suggested anyhow at the age 7 fresh teeth will come don't worry. Please suggest for my kid tooth decayed, i have attached photo

My 1 month old spits up milk alot. I try to burp him but he rarely burps and spits milk almost every time. Sometimes it's curdled milk and sometimes it's normal milk. He is on breastfeeding and formula feeding both and does the same in both cases. Is this normal? Or what could b the reason?

Sir/Mam, My baby girl is 1 year old , and her weight is 8 kg, her activities are normal , she is on mother's feed , and lactation is absolutely normal , However she eats oats ,Ceralac nd almost everything we give her. But still her weight is 8 kg. She also trying to walk independently , However she is walking wid the help of wall , table nd all since last two months. Pls tell me is it a normal weight. If not then wht cud be the reason...and how to overcome this...???
