My babe had fever ,cold and cough suddenly 5 days back,fever has reduced 2 days back,put colpol drop and maxtral drop and now still cough is there how to reduce could you pls suggest any medicine or home remedy,any reason for cough how to reduce it

My baby facing issue
My baby boy was 30days old and he was vaccinated on beginning. Now the vaccinated place gets wounded and we feel that while urinating it was hot and he starts crying before urinating and his body was somewhat hot... He was not sleeping well.. Always crying.. Low breast milk
