Child Health Issues

My 17 days old daughter is breathing very heavy and she is also suffering from cold. She sometimes vomits through mouth and nose as well. I consulted a Pediatrics and the doctor has given a nasal drop to avoid nose blocking and has resisted to give any medicine towards her cold. Due to Covid-19 and she being 17 days old only, I can't physically take her to doctor. Is there anyone who can suggest me how to treat her cold either by drops or home remedies so that she can sleep well.

My 3 year old son has stuffed nose cold. He is complaining at midnight that he is having headache. Giving relent plus for cold and nebulising him with Duolin please suggest some medicines. Is this serious issue?

My 1year 6 month baby has loose motion,our govt primary care prescribe raboflox MS for 7 days 5ml, zinc 5ml, darolac 5 ml, I am afraid of giving 5 ml darolac, should I give 5ml Or 2.5 ml darolac syrup to my baby

High fever 103 since 17 Jan morning yesterday .1 dosage (5Ml) dolo 250 mg ,followed by 02 dosage (7ML) of ibugesic .very rare  ocassion of  dry cough.no nasal congestion or throat problem.Child behaving normally once fever is down ,only inactive once fever increases.Wieght of child is 30kg.less Appepite ,only eating when fever is getting down.pls suggest
