Fever, loose motion n, vomits
My sin has fever since yesterday...i gave him a medicine (contain: paracetamol 250 mg, Mefenamic acid 100mg) 5 ml 3 times still morning... after that he had loose motions n vomits 3 -4 times since morning...he didn't had anything since yesterday afternoon.. only drinking water..but not drinking ORS or anything else... Please suggest

Try fresh juices, soups and other forms of liquids.
If he can have semi solids, then rice porridge with a pinch of salt and sugar
Try to avoid mefenemic acid.
Take plain paracetamol.
