Child Health Issues

Hi My doc is advising to take IPV booster for my child who is 5year 8 months ,In his first year he received 2 booster however since I have shifted to another city the doc here is saying there is no point in giving IPV after 5 years of age. So kindly advise if it should be taken as a third dose after 5 or not.

My daughter is 20 days old, when she was 3 days she got jaundice. She went through phototherapy treatment for around 1 day for 8-10 hours. When she was born she was fair pink post the therapy she became a shade darker and not regained her color back. Does phototherapy effect skin tone ?

My daughter is 9 month old. She was born prematurely at 35 weeks. Her birth weight was 1.9 kg and her current weight is 5.9 kg. She was completely on breast feed till 8 months. Now, she is on formula feed. My concern is why she is not gaining weight as par the standard chart. We are giving her weight gain suppliments since 1.5 months. Before starting medicines her weight was 5.4. Please suggest me what should I do?

Hi .want to know the difference between vaccines in government and private vaccines..today I have taken my baby for 6weeks vaccines for a private hospital they charged nearly 10k for vaccines..but I heard in anganwadi they will gve vaccine for free..what is a difference between both vaccines and cost..plz tell me

My baby is 7 months old whenever we trying to sit him with support. He is putting pressure on his legs and standing not sitting at all. He have good head control and can roll over both side but don't know why he doesn't like to sit. Is there any concern or any technique by which I can try so that he can sit?

Kindly let me know if IPV vaccination can be given after 5 years of age either as first dose or a booster dose?

Hi today I had 3 months of vaccination immunization for my son. As his nose was blocked he was snoring I had given him nasoclear saline nasal spray within 10 hours after vaccination.Will there be any side effects.
