My baby 1.5 month old. And he poop little bit everytime when he pee. Is it ok? Please clarify my quarry

My baby girl is 1 year 1 month old. Due to low breast milk my doctor advised me to give her nan pro from birth. Now I am continuing nan pro stage 3. Which milk is best for baby after year 1 formula or cow milk or pasteurised cow milk. How to change from formula to cow milk . I tried giving her diluted cow milk but she poops very hard. So I stopped and continuing formula. Can I give aavin full fat milk .Kindly suggest

Hello sir, My 40 days old daughter behaves like milk is coming back and she  got tensed and sometime split some milk everytime after feeding. She take burp sometime while sometime not. Doctor suggested xymex drop and pepsigard -p syrup. This is happening from last 10-12 days . What to do..

Hello doc , my son is 7 month old and he had fever 4 day ago , after that he is not peeing whole night but in day time he is peeing 10-11 times, his urine colour is pale yellow. .is it normal ? I am giving him bf and formula feed along with rice and moong daal water.. and plain water also... He is feeding well...so it's it normal not to pee while sleeping whole night ( 10-11hr) ?

Baby is having loose motion. Can we give econorm sachet powder mixed with 2 tbsp of water for 4 month old baby?

My son is of 9 month old boy..On 23 Rd of August he got vaccinated in government hospital on the immediate next day he got swollen in thighs and red mark on the point of injection...still now he has the same position but severe pain is not there...he was now trying to stand and crawling...but he was unable to put his leg down on the floor where he got vaccinated...i don't know what have to do it is a normal condition or have to worry about it

My son is 2.5 years old. Having constipated in nature even many medication tried as per advice. But no improvement . But there is big problem over this. Urinating problem. He passes urine frequently in day time. And he doesn't tell us that he is going to pass urine. He passes every where on bed floor kitchen. He passes in sufficient quantity every time. Atleast 20 times a day. His weight is also low only 11.5 kg. He hasn't increased his weight for last 1 year. His height is above among his age child. But very weak single ply. Also cause speech delay tantrum . But constipation and frequent urination is top cause. We have given him lactulose syrup over 1 month still he didn't pass stool daily. Help me. What test should I do to rule out any internal body problem like kidney liver etc disease. And for constipation too.
