I have vaccinated my 9 month old kid 10 days back still his thigh swollen and red mark where he got vaccinated...what should be done to get rid of it...the swollen part should be harder than before when we touch it... please suggest some home remedies to get rid of it

I have lost the vaccination detail memo that doctor wrote at age 5 for my son in 2019. The chart shows details only till age2. He is 9 years old now. Can MMR, DTap B2, OPV and Typhoid injections given at the same day? Does he need to take all of them again or i jst need to go back to same doctor he can write it again? We need it urgently now to apply for visa.

Hello sir/madam..my baby boy is almost 13 months old, active and playful..his weight is 10.9 kgs..my baby used to be a good eater earlier..i give him all the seasonal vegetables, rice, dal, oats, eggs and chicken in his diet..however he doesnot really like fruits..but i try to give them in some sort..i even mix ghee, little makhana powder and nuts powder in any of his meal..the problem is since few days, he is rejecting one or two meals in a day..becomes very fussy and doesn't open his mouth when i try to feed him..however he takes milk feeds normally..what might be the reason for his low appetite?? Can it be worms in his stomach? Should i give his any medicine? He is already taking iron n vit d medicine
