Sir my nephew is yesterday night bitten by dog by mistake today I have touched that wound should I take vaccine or not required do rabies transmit this way

Sir please reply that if today morning in family one member bitten by street dog he got vaccinated of first dose do all family members need to get vaccinated as we were with them may some flies , mosquito from his fresh dog bite wound sit  on us  as we give him medicine, food clothes may some flies mosquito sit on us from his wound do we also need to vaccinate ourself

Hi, Doctor gave Augmentin dds syrup for 5 days to my son as he having fever, runny nose and cough, whenever we give antibiotic he is vomiting. Is there anyway to avoid vomiting post consuming antibiotic. I appreciate your valuable input.
