Child Health Issues

Hi Dr, Our 3.5 months old baby boy has been vomiting since yesterday evening. The vomits are quite big and is instantly after feeding milk or after sometimes. He is exclusively on breast milk. He has been cranky since then. Then we gave him colicaid now and he slept immediately. What could be the reason?

My 5 year old daughter prefers to walk on her toe all the time , mostly during bare feet. She jumps frequently and when asks she says she is bored. Otherwise she is active,interacts well with others, socialize with everyone,studies well. Should she be diagnosed?

My son 4 month completed..he  cry a lot while breastfeeding. Even if he is hungry he will not take milk ..when he sleeps i m breastfeeding him...In sleep only he used to have milk otherwise  he will cry a lot. His urin output is 6-7 times day Poop output once a day or 2 days. Someday 2times in day . His birth weight  is 2.60 kg and current weight 6.65 kg. Sleep pattern : he usually  sleep  from 10 pm to 8 Am (wakes up every 2hr in night ) afternoon he used to sleep for 2 to 3 hours after bath at 1 to 3 pm. Nap time: 10 to 11 Am and 6 to 7 Pm. He is active in between  the above timings bt cries when it comes to breastfeed. Should i start semisolid food for him?please help me

My baby is 1 year old, since from yesterday she is having running nose while sneezing, and makes gur gur sound while sleeping, can i give her cetrizine syrup and nasal drops for her.. Thanks in advance.

My daughter's birth weight was 2.72Kg. But after 11 days it reduced to 2.53Kg. After that she is gaining 25 g/day on average. Her current weight (35 days) 3.16 KG. Is her weight gain normal? She is currently only on breastfeeding.
