Every morning some mucus irritates my child's and nasal passage and he is 3.5 month old so he can't make it comes out and some gargling sound I heard. Can I give him Ascoril LS drop to come out mucus through out his stool or what should I do? Or only use nasal drop? Is it seasonal changes problem ? Will it ok by its own?

No don't use Ascoril . Babies have small Nasal passages so these tend to get blocked with mucus . The best remedy is saline Nasal drops . This problem will go away as the baby grows
