  4. Morning mucus around throat. I do?

Morning mucus around throat
Every morning some mucus irritates my child's and nasal passage and he is 3.5 month old so he can't make it comes out and some gargling sound I heard. Can I give him Ascoril LS drop to come out mucus through out his stool or what should I do?
