Child Health Issues

My son is 2.5 years old. Having constipated in nature even many medication tried as per advice. But no improvement . But there is big problem over this. Urinating problem. He passes urine frequently in day time. And he doesn't tell us that he is going to pass urine. He passes every where on bed floor kitchen. He passes in sufficient quantity every time. Atleast 20 times a day. His weight is also low only 11.5 kg. He hasn't increased his weight for last 1 year. His height is above among his age child. But very weak single ply. Also cause speech delay tantrum . But constipation and frequent urination is top cause. We have given him lactulose syrup over 1 month still he didn't pass stool daily. Help me. What test should I do to rule out any internal body problem like kidney liver etc disease. And for constipation too.

My daughter is 3 month old..nearly a month ago i noticed a small lump on her calf.but now it has swollen a bit and has become red..what it could be pls help?

My son is 2.5 years old. He had white patches arround his face only. So i have given him albendazole syrup 2  doses. And his patches were disappered . And after completing two dose . I stopped because bottle contain two doses. But again white patches appeared. So till how long can I give him  medicine continue .is there any side effect. Can I give him daily. Or each week for a month.because he is not gaining weight having constipation too.

Hello doctors my baby is 2.5 years old from 23 th Wednesday morning night she has fever while fever coming she shaking body after that some time fever down again coming 102.6 I consult two time doctor they give hicope syrup, and ibugesic, moxikind cv Forte, paracetamol, fudic cream from Friday night she has some pimples on bottom now some are on ear hand fingers and legs.no fever from yesterday I attached some pics plz check and advise is it chickenpox if yes what to do can I go for checkup

Hello, my daughter is 5 and has had r child cough wheezhing etc on and off for the jar 3 months.we gave her antibiotics for 2 months 1 dosage each month We are now giving her levolin and budecort. She's much better now. She still has phlegm though. That doesn't seem to be coming out. Any advice. Last 2 days she poops after eating, says pain before pooping and during. She's lactose intolerant so we don't give her dairy in any form. She used to have reg stomach pains. But now that's stopped. It's only last 2 days again. She poops twice or thrice. Poops not loose but she says pain before poop and also pain in the night. Docs advice is to take econorm twice. Can I give her one at 330pm and then the next at 10 today so I can start both today or is it too early. How many hours gap do we need before the 2 doses. Please let me know. Thank you

Hello, My son 22 months old facing problems to sleep once he wakes up at night. Sometimes he cries and stays up for 2-3 hrs and he plays like he does in the morning. He is very active during day time and plays alone and with others too. I am worried about his sleeping patterns which are making trouble for parents sleep. Is it normal behavior?
