My 1.5 month old baby diagnosed with asd and Vsd. Please there any pediatrician who have any experienced with this? Please tell me what to do? What is the chances of good news about these holes Report attached

My baby is IDM baby... he born on 23 aug 2022. He was taken to nicu where ultrasounds were done on brain, heart, and kidneys.. That was working ok. Brain has no anomalies but his cry was shrill so doctor said he is cerebral irritated (kind if fits but subtle).. He was given electrolytes, zinc, magnesium and calcium syrup also levipil syrup.. after that he working ok. his condition is stable. I want to know what is cerebral irritability? is it treatable? will he b ok in future? are these fits permanent? is there any chance of getting them back when he grows?

My daughter underwent a ct after her school bus met with accident and she had nose bleed . After 13 days of ct today she said she is having random discomfort while she close her eyes, can this be due to the ct, or the radiation during ct, her report came normal though.

Hi doctor my son has 100.8 degrees of fever from evening and his head is too hot from morning it self and I gave him paracetamol syrup .body temperature is cooling down after giving him syrup but not head temperature please tell me the reason .
