Child Health Issues

Good Day Doctor, My 1.4 years daughter was on isomil since she was 8 months old as she was allergic to lactose. Currently she is facing diarrhoea combined with vomitting. Each time I feed her with isomil she faces these issues and her stomach is always bloating & she is very much reluctant to take her normal feeds. Please suggest what alternative milk should I feed my baby. She doesn't have these issues when I feed her with Curd rice or any other milk product. Can I feed her cow's milk or packet milk.

Hello doctor, my 10month old son passing motion very frequently after taking meal or drink.He is having solid foods, breast feeding & formula milk.5days back he is having milld cold so doctor suggested me to give Alex junior syrup. Last 5days he is having loose motion & past 3days he is  taking Z&D drops Bifilac sachet But after that also it is not controlling.He is active & taking feeding also.He is feeling hungry but soon after he is releasing stool so he is not at all comfortable. Sometimes the stool is slightly thick sometime it looks watery.Kindly suggest some medicine

Arham had fever of range 104 last Friday I.e 26th Aug. he was given augmentin DDS starting 29th Aug. He was better on second day of antibiotic. The last dose of antibiotic was given on 2nd sep. He again had fever on 4th sep this time 105 range. Doctor gave Cepodem 100 medicine. By mistake we started cepodem xp 100 on 5th sep. He was very fine on 6th. But today again he was very low activity wise. He was coughing a lot and his body is warm. 100. Dengue NS1 is negative. Please suggest. His blood reports are normal except for heamoglobin is very low. Weight - 12.8 kg age 3.10 months

My 1 month old baby girl had vomit yesterday full day. Doctor recommend Mactase Drops, now vomit stops bt she vomit now acidic in nature. Pic attached for that. Wht ix ths nd wht to do. Weight is 4 kg approx.

Everything is fine with head no swelling nothing, less often pain in head and in few minute it will vanished.

Doctor has prescribed cepodem 100 to my son for 6 days. The local chemist gave me cepodem xp 100 instead. It is day 3 today. I was giving cepodem xp100. I have to buy new bottle now and today the chemist gave cepodem 100. What is the difference between two? Is there any side effect of cepodem xp 100? Shoul I give cepodem 100 for next 3 days or continue cepodem xp 100 ? Please help. This was my mistake too. I didnot verify the medicine given by chemist with the prescription name

Hai my kid is of 3.,yrs and 5months ...she s been coughing at nyt...and aftr waking up...once she drinks water she stops coughing...dis was for past 5days ...2day she s coughing at normal tyms ...other than tht she s fine active .eating gud no change in her routine..may i know for wht reason??..and remedies for tht

Baby is 3.5 months old (  7 kg ) and vaccine is due in next two days. Baby has cold since 4-5 days . Not runny nose. No fever. Can hear the cold sound sometimes coming from the nose  while breathing. Using Nasomist saline nasal drops at the moment. Baby is otherwise active and shows no other symptoms . In such situation does baby need medications and can we vaccinate her? Thanks in advance.
