How safe Is paracetamol calpol to give to child id the fever is not down from past 1week, or should I continue if the fever id down by 7th day

My 3.5 month baby is feeding well, but didn't pooped for 6 days...never happened this before....is it common or there is any solution?

My sister is working , and her baby is active during the nights so sleeping syrup can be given regularly or how long to the baby . Is it safe...or what else could be given.

Since yesterday my son started passing loose stools with mucous, I've started zinc syrup, bacillus spores suspension, this morning he woke up with fever 102.4 so i gave him paracetamol 4ml, his stool was still watery after lunch so i took him to doctor but he also prescribed the same medicine, but fever was back after 5 hours again i gave him paracetamol again 4ml, looks like after the effects of paracetamol is gone his fever comes back, i gave him 5ml paracetamol now what should i do.
