Child Health Issues

Hello doctor, My kid is 5 years old and weighs 19 kgs. Yesterday all of a sudden he complained about stomach pain and leg pain and at midnight he vomited but no fever at night. Now in the morning he has a fever of 100 degrees and had a green colour vomit. Please suggest

For my kids initial 6,10,14 weeks vaccination done at government healthcare center. Next Flu vaccines 1&2 taken at private hospital in 6th nd 7th months. In Government centers in 9th month they are giving PCV booster, JE1, VitaminA and MR-1. But in private hospitals they're giving MMR-1. So in 9th month from government center once we taken PCV booster, JE1, VitaminA..on the same day without taking MR1, can we take MMR1 vaccine from private hospital ?

My son is 5 month age, which type of solid food can we introduce to him ? Because his weight is 8kg and only breast milk is not sufficient for him. He is crying in whole night after some time and can't sleep properly due to not full of his  stomach

Hi, My son is 2 years 11 months old and doesn't wants to eat solids a lot. He is primarily on milk diet and that too his intake has got less since last few weeks. Please advise how to get him to eat solids and increase his appetite.

Hello doctor, my baby is having continuous cold,cough & fever from last 3 days.we are giving paracetamol 120 mg ( 5ml for every 6 hours), Levosalbutamol sulphate Ambroxol hydrochloride( for every 8 hours) & nasoclear drops. He is one year old & 8 kg weight.kindly suggest what to do

Dear doctor, My son is 3 months old. He currently taking probiotic named protectis and vit d3 drops. One week ago he was taking antibiotic also. Now he is pooping a lot 10- 11 times. He is breasfeed and sometimes the potty is green and foamy and sometimes it is sticky mucus like. Is it any different problem or result of the medication?? PS: he is active and feeding well.

Hello /sir mam my baby boy is 130 days old my baby is crying a lot while urinating. When urinalysis was done it was reported as normal can i use diprobate plus cream?  can i apply it on the place where urine passes?

My daughter has been going thru a condition where she hyperventilates and then faints. It all started in May’22. From once a month, it increased to once a week to multiple times a week. Surprisingly, she didn’t have any episode during Aug’22 when we were in India for a holiday. Also, most of her fainting episodes occurred in school. We have witnessed only 2 incidents During the episode we witnessed, she was happily dancing in our family party. She suddenly sat on a chair when I asked her what happened, there were tears in her eyes, she then started hyperventilating & then she fainted. The fainting lasted for 3-4 mins. We are struggling to understand if it is physical health issue, a mental health issue or a mental issue that triggers physical issues. She has been home for the last 10 days as it is winter holidays here and she didn’t have any episode of hyperventilation or fainting while she was having frequent episodes 10 days before the vacations started. Her vitals are normal.
