Baby is 2.5 months old, was cranky and stomach cramps. We did routine stool test, occult blood was seen. She's on antibiotics but still very uncomfortable. She has e coli infection. Could it be cows milk allergy?

Please get markers of infection, like CBC and CRP. Could be entero-invasive E-coli. Appropriate antibiotic should work. Was she being given cow's milk?
