Child Health Issues

My baby 14 months 20 days old. 10.7 kg. had gone to neighbour day before yesterday. Yesterday from 3 pm whole night he had fever from 99.6 to 100.6. Even after giving paracetamol drops 1.5 ml every 6 hourly. It dint reduce. But today morning fever not there Yesterday he had very less cough.no runny nose. Hes active and eating. Vomited once morning. Doctor told no mucus in chest. He gave ascoril expectorant 2.5 ml three times. But which ascoril to give i have brought ascoril plus??? Then mucoliteb2.5 ml thrice a day.. Doctor said he has redness in his throat.

I am having cold and cough local doctor prescribe me Taxim O 200. Where as same symptoms for my baby pediatrician prescribed sensiclav BD. Is it safe to take Taxim O 200 twice a day during breastfeeding?

My baby is 4 months old and she is having cold since 20 days and consulted doctor and he prescribed to give her sinerest af drops 1-0-1, 6 drops and nasovion 0.01% 2 drops in each nose 1-0-1 but the cold has not reduced and mild cold is there especially In the morning and doctor also prescribed to give steam inhalation but I dono how to give in such a small baby and how to give nebulizer for baby should we use any medicine in that??

Baby is 2.5 months old, was cranky and stomach cramps. We did routine stool test, occult blood was seen. She's on antibiotics but still very uncomfortable. She has e coli infection. Could it be cows milk allergy?

My 3 year kid oftenly had cold cough and fever in a month she got 2 to 3 times fever I was really worried she is going for play school past 2 days she had cough I gave Alex junior syrup now she had 99.8 f fever pls help me and tell me is this common

Its 99.6 from 3 pm to 1 pm. 4:30am  it is 100.8. I gv paracetamol at 4:30 pm, 10:30 pm, 4:30 am hes very quiet and low. Allowing me to sponge him etc.. Why fever not reducing aftrr paracetamol???

My 14 month daughter is having cough and runny nose since last 1 month, after taking wet cough medicine(indikof ls)for 5 to 7 days it decreases but again start after stopping the dose. As compare to daytime She coughs mostly during night and in early morning. She does not have fever. But whenever she coughs it feels like she has dry cough. If its allergic Is it fine if we give combination of indikof ls and maxtra? Thanks.

My son is 14 months 25 days old. His weight was ,10 kg recently. I had sent him to neighbour house yesterday for three hours as we dint have any help for work. Today he has fever 99.6 from 3 pm. I gave paracetamol 1.5 ml at 4:15 pm. Fever still there. So gave 10:15 pm,  paracetamol 1.5 ml. Temperature was 99.6. At 12 pm its 99.6 At 1 pm its 99.6. Why is it not reducing after medicine?? Usually it reduces for him in a hour then increase after 5 hours. He had got viral along with me last month too. He ate well. But coughs very less occasionally. Was playful. But night was low and slept. Can i leave baby sleep at 99.6 fever by not sponging or medicine. Or i need to sponge him.

My daughter, 8 years, is having stomach pain. I have drotin ds at home. What dose of the medicine should I give?...
