Child Health Issues

Patient is having fever since yesterday, loss of appetite, smelly poop - suggestive of stomach infection.. At the age of 3 months, daughter had severe urine infection. As a precaution, we had done urine RE test today and report says RBC (3-4) present in urine. Kindly suggest the remedial measures and what caused sudden presence of RBC in urine?

My baby born late preterm 34 weeks and 5 days. Now he is 13 days old and his CRP came 2.5. Is this alarming.

Currently im giving pureed fruits, kichdi, egg yolk, chicken, fish,  ragi in puree form only What food other than this and texture can be given?? Can we give egg white with yolk now??
