Patches in tongue

Asked for Male, 29 Years

My son is often getting the patches on his tongue, we had already consulted a childcare for two times they have given a junior lanzal tablet for one week and suggested to take betonin syrup for 3 months. This patch is coming and disappearing often. Is this normal or having a serious issue. Attaching a photo for a better examination. I am requesting for reply but not a consultation invitation.
