Child Health Issues

From birth we use similac advance for our 4 month baby because of lack of breastfeeding Can we start with 1:1 ratio of Buffalo milk in day time and in night time with formula milk... Pls suggest us because we r worry about use of packed milk for long time...

My baby is now 53 days old. His birth weight is 3.350 kg. At the time of discharge his weight is 3.1kg. now he is only 3.9 kg. He is exclusively on breastfeeding. His urine count is more than 15 times per day. In between I tried to feed formula once which was prescribed by doctor at the time of his delivery because of his slow weight gain but he vomitted and tried to expressed the breastmilk and he is rejected. After 45 days of vaccination his poop is only one time per day. I don't understand why his gain is very slow. Please assist me.

My son is 12days old...he is pioping almost 5-9times a day..that too yellow poop..below is its image...is it normal...he earlier has bilurubin level abd done his photorherapy and recovered...so the yellow color is worrying me...his urine isnormal in color and passes urine 7-9times

This morning I was applying a cream on my baby neck and noticed this little robbery node beneath his skin very little it was moveable rubbery please am worried what could it be ??? Am worried please help

Hello Doctor, My baby is 10 and half months old. I got to know that sugar should not be given to babies below 1 or 2 years of age. So didn't introduced sugar as of now to my baby.  So can I substitute sugar with jaggery? Please suggest. Thank you.

Yesterday night , my 4 month New born coughed at night with white Mucus. He also got mucus in his nose which we removed using saline spray and aspirator. He was coughing when lying down not continuously nor for longer time. Currently, we are only feeding him with breast milk. We do give him baal ghuti in the mornin. Also, 10 days before he has been vaccinated and had a light fever for a day following that. We live in pune and from 2 days the environment  has been cold here almost 8°c at night. Could you please suggest any remedy or we should see doctor physically. Just scared he shouldn't get infected from other chilren at clinic in that case.

My daughter is 1 month 6 days old baby.she is on formula feed because of my low bm.i give her 60ml for 2 to 3 hrs gap .but sometimes within 1 hr only she will demand for milk.but I dnt know whether to give formula feed within 1 hr .can I give if she demands ? Any problem?

My son 10days old( pre term baby of 35weeks) was having bilirubin 16.6 on 7th day..he was goven phototherapy treatment for 2days and bilirubin level dropped down to 6 ..doctor told to check biliruubin again after a gap of 1 day..and now bilirubin level is 9.2.. doctor told its normal...whether its normal for babies bilirubin level to raise from the observed value after phototherapy...am so worried...
