My baby girl completed 2 months. When ever she had gastric or stomach upset we use woodwards Gripe water. Is it advisable to use Gripe water now or in the future without having any side effects?

My baby is 4 month old and she is currently exclusively being breastfeed but I want to start formula milk for her as I am working mother and I will be soon joining office will it be okay to give her formula at the 4 month age and will the formula milk help in increasing her weight will breastfeeding and formula milk together work in my case as I want to make her habituated to the bottle milk

For my kids initial i.e 6,10 and 14 weeks vaccination completed at government healthcare center. Sofar they given PCV 2times i.e PCV-1 at 6th week and PCV-2 at 16th week and they told they will give booster dose in 9th month. But in private hospital they are giving total 4 doses of PCV I.e PCV-1,2,3 and booster in 15 months. So for my kid once we take PCV booster in 9th month from government, can we take again PCV from private in 16th month for him so that 4 doses completed for better immunity ?

My 2 years old  daughter temperature in night is 94.5 and hand feet is cold than body. Is it normal?

Yesterday he passes stool 4 times but today he passes stool 10 times in very small amount. I already stopped clamp yesterday what should I do next? My son is three month old doctor prescribe him Maxtra for common cold only sneezing and runny nose (4 times water coming from nose). But he has 2.5 mm vsd in heart. Should I use this drop or not? I hope doctor forget about his heart hole!!! And tell me is it antibiotic?
