My baby girl is 4.5 months old and doctor prescribed osto polybion 2.5 ml 1-0-1 for 6 months and calshine p 0-1-0 for 1 year and can I put drops together if missed and can I put calshine p drops if skipped in afternoon?

Hello Doctor, My daughter is 7 weeks old now. She was born with weight of 2.5 kg. Her current weight is 4.7 kg. She had Jaundice when she was born which was visible on skin and eyes. Total Bilrubin was 11.4 with 0.5 as Direct Bilrubin and 10.9 Indirect. Yellowness was reducing. Yesterday Doctor saw yellowish tinge on pressing the skin and blood test was performed. Her total Bilrubin was reduced to 3.3 but direct increased to 1.4 and indirect is 1.9. She looks well not yellow (unless we press the skin on stomach and legs, face and eyes are clear), no dark urine or pale stools. She is pooping once a week after 4 weeks. Her LFT was also slightly elevated with SGOT/SGPT/ALP was 62, 59 and 280 respectively. Doctor said elevation is fine but I am little worried about Direct Bilrubin as it has increased. Any suggestions please

Hello doctors, my 3.5 month old baby girl got vaccinated on 1st of Feb.. She got fever the same day and now she recovered from it.. Again on 2nd Feb she pass stool 5 times in watery green colour. But from today she lost her appetite, she is hardly taking feed(breastfeed) and if forcefully given at 2-3 hours gap, she is rejecting and crying a lot. What could be done plz suggest.

Hi doctors, My lil one is 2 Year old n weighs 10.5 kilo. She is having high fever 101.8 n i have mefkind -p syrup, 5ml 8 hourly once.. but around 6th hour she is getting fever again. Should i give any syrup in between ?? Could you please suggest.

Hello Doctor, I am a mother of Twins (Boy and Girl) Babies sleep very less during the day time. They wake-up around 9:30 then we do some massage and bath later they sleep till 2:00 But after that they sleep directly in the night around 11 They are a little cranky too in the evenings What should we do so that they get adequate sleep in the day too They are 2 months 20 days now

Dear doctor , My baby is 1.8 years old and weight is 12.3kg... on 26 Jan when he was playing running he falls down suddenly on his knees and from that time he was not able to walk properly..on that night he was not able to put his legs down, next day he was not able to bend down the leg to collect the toys but in next days he Abe to walk and run... but today is 9th day and still he walk and run in zigzag way... he has No fever. So swelling also we press his right leg put he has no pain...then why he still walking in that way we are not understanding..any major problems??? Any weak bones issues? Or something else?? I m very much tensed now ..on that day he was facing loose motions problems but doc suggested to give econorm sachet..now his stomach is fine..but he still not walking properly but baby is active...now what to do m not understand..pls help with resolution 🙏

Hi Doctor My son who is 2.5 now whenever he has fever it is always above 100 F ,we are forced to give paracetamol in less than 4 hrs and after that his face or parts in face swells. Last week same situation but we gave him paracetamol and ibuprofen both because his fever didn't come down and along with swelling he got rashes kind of thing in his lower limb part which eventually spread to his hands (urticaria)and went off a day after. Really worried what to do? Need help. Thanks in advance
