Child Health Issues

My inlaws have a habbit of making my daughter hold their tablets and put in their mouth , and they just dry wipe her hands after the process . i am worried this chemicals on her delicate hands or possible intake of minute particles of tablets will cause long term issues can any one throw some knowledge on this , as my wife feels her parents will get hurt if we ask them to stop doing this.

My (1year 4 months)  child got wet in the rain and the climate is too cold. Evening she got seizure with no fever. Next day she got fever(103 degree). Pediatrician says it to be febrile seizure. But pediatric neurologist says it is not a febrile seizure since no fever at the time of seizure. Which one of the suggestion should I consider?

3.2 years old boy was playing... during night he told small dog bite him we saw that place not think that was dog bite little scratch... because playing time always he had scratches ...we do nothing that time after 6 days we are very worried if that was dog bite...now some one telling now thare is nothing to do...bite day vaccine was needed then there was nothing to worries about rabie...after 6 ,7 days there is nothing to do...please help me do we miss our golden time of vaccination...after 7 days does vaccine shall work perfectly...baby have no symptoms just normal cold... please help...

My 5 month old baby got red Rashes over eyebrow,cheek,back of ear and head area of ear back, head. It is very itchy. No fever. No other issue. It is just very uncomfortable and itchy. In picture it is not visible as much red as it is in reality.
