My daughter is 7 yrs old 40 kg... she is having stomach ache n headache.. can I give rantac 75 mg syrup 10 ml after coconut water

My 2.5 year old daughter(12 kg) has throat congestion and cough. She has been prescribed brozeet LS syrup 5ml, 3 times a day, for 5 days. Is the dosage correct? ( because a few months back, when she was 11 kgs, she was prescribed brozeet LS 3.5 ml, 3 times a day)

6 months old weight 6.4 kgs sudden loose motions. Baby is on solids and breastmilk. No cow's milk or new food introduced. Loose motions twice a day since two days.
