Child Health Issues

I am mother of a 4.5 month old baby. Since last 1 month my baby is having green and frequent poops. The frequency was 10-12 times initially, now it is 6-7 times. My baby has got rashes due to continued wiping of the stool. She has been given Z&D, yamoo drops, taxim-o, rinifol, and probiotics for 3 days by far by different doctors. Is my baby not able to digest breast milk and should I be stopping it? How else can her digestive system be corrected?
