My son is 8 months old. Due to this summer heat his body is feeling too hot and he is getting heat rashes and heat pimples What to give to baby for this summer to reduce heat and what all can I give him Please do tell me

Hi, my 5 yrs old son has had a fever since 15th March. He is active in between fever spikes. No problem while passing urine and motion. We consulted a pediatrician and he said mostly viral. I am giving crosin, cough, cold syrups along with antiflu syrup from last night. But after every 6 hours of giving crosin he is getting a fever. Fever is high mostly at night time. How many days a viral fever lasts? Please let me know if he needs any other medical help.
