My 7 month baby suffering with watery loose motion some time green in color or some time yellow. Temperature around 100 degree. With mild cough. 10 to 15 times paas watery stool. And cry a lot. Pls prescribe any medicine for loose motion. Her weight is 7 kg. Looking very weak from 2 days.

My caregiver gave wrong stage formula to my three months old baby. She gave stage3 enfamil once in the morning. What should I do now? Do I need to rush her to hospital?
