My son is having cold not in the chest but a blocked nose.. he is completing 45 days... Can I take him to vaccination while having a cold? Please clear my doubt

My 2 months old baby is under exclusive breastfeeding with Isomil formula milk. We have started feeding this formula milk since 3 days. Since then his stool is watey and passing 8-10 times daily. Doctor given Econorm for this. Did that happen because of the formula milk? How long should Econorm be given in this situation? Previously we used feed him Aptamil, but since he used to spit up very frequently so doctor suggested to change to Isomil. Also he was having Sinarest Af for his cold recently, now stopped.
