Child Health Issues

My son is three years old but his body development is slow so what should I do for him?  Can I give him pediasure protein powder?  If there is any other solution apart from this please advise me.

My son having high grade fever it always goes 103 and 104 i do sponging which he doesn't allow to do but some how i do. After taking meftal P his fever goes after 2 hours and again start increasing after 1 hour. My question 1. As he is PFAPA kid so every month i need to give meftal P to reduce his temperature. Is his body adpated the meftal P My question 2. can i switch to ibugesic plus now as meftal P i am giving 5 ml and ibugesic 7.5 ml. His age is 5 years and weight is around 17 kg. Or am I giving less ml of medicine?

Hi, my 5 months baby boy suddenly  refusing breast milk and drinks only 90 ml formula every 1.5-2 hrs. Could that be due to hot weather? I am concerned, what shall I do to increase the intake?
