Child Health Issues

My baby is 1 month old he is unable to poop though he is trying, I have given colic aid drops but didn't help, it's been almost 48 hours since he pooped last. He is crying a lot while putting pressure when he tries seems like he is constipated. I'm giving mixed feed breast feed and formula milk both. Moreover he has got lot of pimples on his face with red rashes. Please suggest

Hello doctor my daughter usually she will get fever monthly once we asked doctor she said as she is going to kindergarten she is getting but 2 days back her head ,palm and foot alone very hot I checked temperature it's 99.5 so I gave paracetamol 2 times in a day then she was okay again after one day she is getting now same temperature am much worried about her health pls tell me what can I do further ?

Hello Dr my baby have digestion issues since birth now he is 2 month old and on formula feeding his Dr suggested us to give similac plus but he didn't digest So he suggested similac total comfort we are giving this from start he was ok but now he spit that milk and cry excessively which formula milk is best for him doctor please suggest.
