Child Health Issues

My son is 4years old from past 2days he is suffering from loose motion , what medication to be given , he doesn't eat anything properly.

My baby is 16months old, height - 78cms, weight-9.25kgs How can I increase her weight ? She is not eating anything, rejecting everything I give even her favourite foods...!!

My 18 month old son has not been taking solid foods for past 1 week and is completely on milk. His appetite has gone down. Bit stomach bloating. No other issues with him. His motions are fine. He is hyperactive. Also, is there any stomach worm medicine that can be given. His current weight is 10 Kgs.

6 year old child has mesenteric lymphadenitis it's been one month child still complains about stomach pain .. please advice

Good evening sir/ madam. My girl baby 6months completed yesterday. We are planning to give her solid foods like ceralac. But it contains dextrose. Can I go for ceralac? Or other good foods available? Girl baby weight 6.5 kg, height 70 cms. We are also continuing breast feeding. Till now baby food is mother's milk only. Kindly suggest me a good food for baby.

My 7month old baby boy has high AST(185.5) ALT(140.5). He was having blood in his stool in December 2022.doctor suspect CMPA. So i have exclude all milk product from my diet as he was on exclusively breast feeding. But again on March he is having blood in his stool. Now AST & ALT is showing high. My baby is 18months old, well she is teething but she isn't taking any food, 1-2 bites here and there and she is all done..!! Doc said to give her aptivate which I actually gave her today 5ml, yet she didn't open her mouth, she is just holding spoon tightly with the front teeth's and pushing out the food. I am seriously fed up, why is not aptivate working ? What can I do ? Is something wrong ?
