Child Health Issues

I have a son who os 4months old.he have recently vaccinated on 31/3/23.from he has fever ,cough.i thought it was normal.but on 4th day of vaccine,he still have fever cough with greenish poop likw watery with yellow seeds.is it normal or need to worry???

My daughter is just 3.5 year old and is getting repetetive cough since last 5-6 months. We tried homeopathy. But she goy relief only for 2-3 days and then again same thing starts.. We even tried home remedies but nothing is able to cure her permanently. I even took her to pulmonary doctor and she recommended nasal spray and nebulizer. But again there is relief for 2-3 days only. I am really very tensed. Could anybody help here? Thanks in advance.
