My 9 month son fell down from best height 3ft approx cry for some time and normal activity but from last 5day swelling size getting increase

My son takes axepta 5mg twice a day for attention issues. He has a fever today. Is it fine to give him paracetamol with it. Can the medicines be given together.

My daughter birth weigh 2.86 in 2021 nd right now she is 2year 2 month old with weigh 8.5 kg ...she is active child achieving milestones on time but only issue is her weigh nd height ...what to do i m worried ...she don't show any sign of abnormalities

My baby girl  is 7 months old from 5 days she is having nose  block ( more in the morning times )and I used Saline Nasal drops but of no use then from 2 days cough has started and I gave sinarest af and ascoril ls which was previously recommended by my doctor .eventhough i can see that noisy breathing. What should I do please tell me .Is cold and congestion same ?what to do for relief .

Last Saturday my son got cold and cough with a high fever so doctor prescribed clavam for 5 days, soventus syrup for 5 days and p250 for 3days ..fever was gone but still having some cold and cough with a wheezing sound ..what shall I do wait for few more days for recovery or rush to doctor ...precautions to be taken in order to prevent pneumonia...please suggest 🙏
