Child Health Issues

My 8 week old baby boy vomited 2ce since yesterday night. It was not spit up.  He vomited all the milk that was given and it came through his nose aswell. He is cranky of late. He poops once in 4 days since last 3 weeks and his poop is very hard and once had a tiny speck of blood in it. Is all this something to be worried about? Should I take him to a hospital? There is no fever. Please help. We give him formula for 2 feeds since I take antidepressants and shouldn't feed him for 4 hours.

What is the iron requirement in 10 month old baby ? Vitamin A found in which fruits & vegetables? Can we give Cerelac if we are travelling?

Can I delay vaccination of  1 year to one week? Sharing the details through image. Due date is on 19th June can i get it on 26th June?

My baby girl  is 7 months old from 5 days she is having nose  block ( more in the morning times )and I used Saline Nasal drops but of no use then from 2 days cough has started and I gave sinarest af and ascoril ls which was previously recommended by my doctor .eventhough i can see that noisy breathing. What should I do please tell me .Is cold and congestion same ?what to do for relief .

Last Saturday my son got cold and cough with a high fever so doctor prescribed clavam for 5 days, soventus syrup for 5 days and p250 for 3days ..fever was gone but still having some cold and cough with a wheezing sound ..what shall I do wait for few more days for recovery or rush to doctor ...precautions to be taken in order to prevent pneumonia...please suggest 🙏
