My 4 month old baby boy had to get hrct and mri for hearing loss..these are the reports..is it normal?

Please doctors can I give baby Azee syrub for cough he is 11 months old no fever just cough am asking because that's the syrub I have at home for now And please how many dosage and how many times a day should I give thanks in advance

My brother son was suffering from fever from last 3 days we have consulted pediatrician we has prescribed taxim o drops he is 3.5 months old I have search in Google we cannot give taxim o drop to children below 6 months kindly do the needful we can give or not dosage 0.8 ml 2 times for 5 days .
