My baby is completely on breastfeeding. So far she did yellow color poop. From last 2 days greenish mucus filled poop she did. I am giving her d3 drop and started iron with folic acid drop from last 3 days. Also gives her grip water once or 2 time in a week
Anything to worry or need to change?

Green poop may be normal, because of dysbiosis, or change in feeds.
Or sometimes it may be a sign of infection.
Get a stool routine before starting any medication. Because you mentioned mucus, I suspect infection.
Treatment to be given once reports are available.
