I would like to know If I can feed ragi to my baby of 4 months old...I will be soon resuming office, so unable to breastfeed the baby

Hello doc , my baby is 1.5 year old (10kg weight) , he vomit once and I gave him ondem syp after that he didn't vomit but he is not looking well , please suggest what to do as it's night time and we live in hill areas.. I gave him bf and now he is sleeping,can I give him formula feed ??

My 1 month old boy is having episodes of choking while sleeping even when he has burped after last feed. When he is choking, he turns red and faces trouble breathing and crying. After patting on back for few minutes, he recovers and relaxes. Plz suggest something for my kid as it is very risky.

My 2years 5 months old daughter is having viral , though she has recovered from fever but nose block, cold is still there. Today evening she was complaining of ear pain for which one of my medical student friend tells me to give her  3 ml of crocin 240 so that she cud have some releif so we we give her 3 ml of crocivn 240 at 7:50 PM then we give her sinarest af 2.5 ml at 11:00 PM. IS IT SAFE TO GIVE BOTH THE MEDICINES??

Can I travel with 2months old baby in train from Bangalore to Delhi. It's very long route around 43hrs of journey in Ac two tier. And after reaching Delhi again we have to travel 290 kms from Delhi Railway station to hometown. I need doctors advise on this as the climate change will also be there.

My daughter is 1.1year old.first the day 1 she is not that much good sleeper.her birth weight is 2.6kg and now she is 9kg.from past 2 days she is walking other milestones are on time except walking.she is not at sleeping properly in nights.waking for every one hour asking for breast feed.she wakes up with loud crying.earlier months also she behaved like this only.now from past 10days it's become worse.we not even having 1hr sleep.we fed her 4 solid means.as a working woman we don't give milk during day..from evening 6pm I give Breastmilk.dinner rice at 9:30pm n 11:00 100ml milk.usally she sleeps at 11:30pm.she sleeps around 3-4hrs during day for twice. What to do? Is there any problem?
