Lump behind my sons ear
My son is having a lump behind his ear . He is 4 years old . There is no pain or redness in the lump as such . What is going on ?

It looks like a lymph node enlargement. Don't worry. Observe it for size and tenderness.
Get an ear examination from an ent doctor.
I'll advise an ESR test, just to be safe.
