Ear Paining
Hello, my daughter is 3.5 months old and started ear pain left one, she is not having cold that much but yes slighly cold is there and I could see in the ear some watery and yellow liquid. What I can do its 2am in the night and it started paining a lot for her.

The presence of drainage strongly suggests a ruptured eardrum from an acute middle ear infection, or potentially an outer ear infection, which requires immediate evaluation by a pediatrician.
Because the baby is under 6 months old, you must avoid over-the-counter ibuprofen entirely; child-strength acetaminophen may be given for pain relief, but you must consult a pediatrician
