Ear infection
My baby is 53 days old. While cleaning the baby's ear with a towel, I found yellow colour pus coming out from the ear. My baby seems to be normal and has no temperature. Is the infection serious? Should I take my baby to the doctor?

So it may not be pus could be simple wax, press on the ear to see any pain if its there take her to a pediatrician. Comon causes of ear infection are reccurwnt cold due to feeding in lying down postion and no burping Regular headbath and also trying to ckean the ear with ear buds or cloth piece as in your case, and also blowing the ear after the bath, putting oil in the ear. Avoid these if baby has a some ear problem baby will let u know by crying excessively, not taking feeds and fever so rest assured if baby is feeding well gaing weight and active. However if discharge is contnious with usinga ckote then consult a doc.
