Body temperature above 101 f
My child about 3 years old has body temperature of above 100/101 f for two days . We give him paracetamol, he is playful,sleep well ,no breathing problem but poor appetite, my question is that can we give him antibiotics and what food shall we give him when fever . Pliz advice.

As your child is playful and sleeping well for now using antibiotics is not necessary
But it’s better to investigate before taking any sort of antibiotics

Visit a pediatrician, physical examination is required. We have to look for sign of infection or blood investigation to confirm infection before administration of antibiotics..
