19 month old has cold hand feet 101 F

My baby had sudden fever with cold hand and feet, vomited along with mucus twice. Temperature went 101.8 F. Gave 1.5 ml paracetamol fever reduced a bit.
Should check for septicaemia and meningitis.
Please help doctor.

If baby is active between fever episodes then it's not septicemia and menigitis, to know the cause of fever consult nearby physician
