Ear problem
My 5-months-running daughter developed a small red spot on the outer ear about 10 days ago, which gradually increased into multiple tiny red dots and now appears as a dry, reddish patch on the pinna. There is no fever, no discharge or pus, and no excessive crying, and she is feeding normally. I would appreciate your opinion and guidance regarding this.
