My 1 year old boy has cough and cold. Doctor recommended levolin 0.31 mg repsules and budecort 0.5 mg repsules in nebulizer. Couldn't get levolin 0.31 mg repsules but 0.63 mg repsules are available. Can this be used? The medical store guy said use half of the repsule mixed with 2 ml saline water. I wasn't sure if it's advisable so asking here.

My son is 17 days old and has jaundice. Today I checked with the hospital his forehead jaundice is 10.8 mg/dl and body is 14.1 mg/dl. Doctor said it will go my own.
