Child Health Issues

My son had fever since oct 2. For two days he had high fever. Doc prescribed CALPOL. Next two days he didn't have fever. Again on 5th day he is having fever and fully tired and sleepy mostly. Did a blood test. And the reports are attached. Kindly let us know the next course of action. Why the fever has come back ?

Can I stop feeding my 2 year old baby by applying neem leaf.. kindly advise.. I do not have any help to ween her off

My son aged 19months old is having big pus spots on face only and left side eye swelling. Post chickenpox recovery. Gap is 3 days. Doctor said its due to boil. And infection. May I know the reason of cause? Nd what remedy or suggestions?

This issue started in August my 2 year plus kid suddenly has fast breath/shortness of breath like sound. After that we got Chest X Ray, CECT Chest, Laryngoscopy done. All came normal. Then we took him to the Child Chest Specialist in BLK-Max Hospital. They have suggested for bronchoscopy, we also get that done it also came normal. He has suggested Budecort Inhaler and Metatop Nasal Spray for 15 days which are steroids. We have given it for a few days. But this issue is recurrent. Sometimes these sounds don't come for many hours and sometimes these sounds come 4-5 times in 30 mins. No idea which doctor to consult. There is no issue while sleeping but he has a long sigh during sleep sometimes. Can anyone come across such an issue? We are too worried.

My 2-year-old child has a small lump on the abdomen. It is smaller than a black pepper seed. I noticed a small black mark on the skin that looks like a wound, and when I touched it, I could feel the lump underneath. Two doctors said it is a lipoma, while another doctor said it might be a sebaceous cyst caused by infection. He don't have any pain .. active ans eating very well.     I asked about doing an ultrasound, but the doctors said it is not necessary. I want to know what it really is and whether it will disappear on its own or need to be removed. I have attached the image of my boy with penmark on stomach

What is this lil brown spot also that surface is rough on my babies 2nd upper teeth from left? Is it just stain or a tooth decay.

My toddler (15months) is about 12.9kg and the doctor says he is in obesity range now . Doctor suggested that we work on his diet and encourage more physical activities ( my toddler is very active ) . May I know what is the concern here ? Why is doctor suggesting this? Birth weight was : 3.1kg
