Child Health Issues

Hi Doctor, My 3-month-old baby (born at 35th week) is currently taking a separate Vitamin D3 supplement. Yesterday, his doctor advised starting Vit A to Z drops (1 ml daily), but I noticed it also contains Vitamin D3. With both, the total Vitamin D3 intake will be around 800 IU per day. Is this safe, or what to do in this situation.

My son has fever since Sunday morning and his SGOT levels are high (76 U/L) What does this mean. Is this alarming

Dear Doctors, My son is 7 months 10 days old he is urinating more than 20 times in a day is it normal or do we need to check I already started solids and introduced water also 30 to 40 ml water I'm giving nd breast milk 5 to 6 times in 24 hours Because of rainy season he is peeing these many times or what I'm worrying Note : I had Gestational diabetes in my pregnancy is there any chance it will effect my baby  now  please suggest me on this 🙏

The baby has dermal sinus the tract is very small no no connection to spine . No discharge no neurological deficits till now .is it advisable to get remove even if no symptoms and problems do not arise ?

My son is 2.5 years old, he's having congested breathing for a long time now.. in the past he was having a wheeze cough, doctor gave him inhalers.. we were told to take a xray to check his adenoids.. Is that the reason for his congested breathing??!! He doesn't have  whistling wheeze kind of sound.. doesn't have cold.. but always rub his nose... Please let me know what might cause this kind of breathing.. other than that, he's quite himself, eats what he likes, play, no issues with any milestones. Thank you doctors
